Caustic flake, not powder, not granulate, need to use the weighting function to fill into bottles in order to reach 0.1% accuracy. Means caustic flake material will be automatically weighed before filling. Normal screw feeding cannot reach the 0.1% accuracy for such flake material, only work for fine and uniform granule and powder.
Caustic flake, very corrosive, common Stainless steel 316 and 304 will not work for longer time, suggest choose PP version, mean YK30-A machine is totally made of PP, include the screws. or power paint version.
